Staff

Our staff members are our greatest resources. They are experienced, trained, caring, and enthusiastic. They have high expectations for themselves and that is reflected in all they do. The teachers are very skilled at planning and preparing open ended activities that capture the interest of the child which generates each child's ideas. They know when and how to ask the questions that will stimulate. They work hand in hand with our Director to make assessments and decisions about any modifications that might be needed in the curriculum to bring about the greatest prospect for successful learning. Most importantly they know how to listen and learn from a child and how to make the child feel very special.

Our staff members keep up to date on current research in the field of Early Learning Education by attending workshops, networking, attending formal and informal presentations, CPR and Pediatric First Aid Certifications, and independent inquiry.
